GENERAL ACCOUNTING

Development of accounting policies and preparation of individual charts

Establishment of primary documents - invoices, notices to invoices, records, contracts, orders and reports on business trips, travel lists, orders for budget and credit transfers, cash income and expense orders

Maintenance of records: Customers, Suppliers, material availability, inventory, bank accounts concern the currency, personnel, accountable persons, VAT statements, insurance statements, statements by insurers and others. according to the specific needs of management

Completion of the issue of documents by the revenue administration

Preparation of annual tax returns for individuals and corporate bodies as well as drafting purchase and sale reports, VAT returns and VIES returns under the VAT Act/p>

Preparation of the annual financial reports in accordance with the Accountancy Act and the applicable accounting standards – the National Financial Reporting Standards for Small and Medium size Enterprises / the International Accounting Standards

Preparation and development of accounting policies, preparing and conducting internal control procedures, management accounting, preparing and conducting the taking of inventory

EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

Maintaining full records of all staff on the payroll as well as the records of all temporary staff in the company

Preparation of employment contracts, additional agreements, preparation of the required package of documents for retirement and termination of contracts for employment; - Preparation of paying payroll salary, publishing and completion of work books, completion of insurance licenses

Develop and maintain staff personal files

Issuance of necessary documents upon termination of employment - Order for termination of employment, official notice of income, lowered - 2 and a Certificate of income for the preceding six months.

Ivo Evlogiev

General Manager of Ivas Account. In 2009 Ivo Evlogiev graduates from Griffith College Dublin as a Bachelor in Business Studies and in 2011 he gains a Master Diploma from the University of Sheffield. An year ago he finished his second Master diploma in Finance and accounting in the University of World Economics in Sofia. Ivo Evlogiev has more than 6 years of experience in the field of finances and accountancy in Unicredit Bulbank and Ivas Consult LTD. He speaks English and Greek.

Mariana Evlogieva

Accountant in Ivas Account. Graduates from The University of World Economics in 1987. She possesses a long and wide experience in the field of finance, accountancy and other economic activities in several different organizations. She is a licensed assessor, accredited by the privatization Agency and takes part in many operations audits in the period from 1995 to 1999. Mrs. Evlogieva has been the Chief Accountant of Ivas Account LTD since 1995. She speaks Greek, French and English.

Temenujka Andreeva

An accountant in Ivas Account. She has more than 40 years of experience in the field of accountancy, 27 of which as a chief accountant of “Detska Radost”.

Kamen Stoilov

An accountant in Ivas Account. He has graduated from the Unviersity of World Economics in 1989. He has more than 15 years of experience as an accountant and chief accountant in two different huge organizations. He speaks English.

Alexander Andreev

An accountant in Ivas Account. He has finished a Management course in the College of Management, Trade and Marketing in Sofia in 2011. Alexander Andreev has more than 6 years experience in the field of accountancy and speaks English.
